If you are responsible for your staff’s training and developmental goals, we have the solution for you -- Corporate One’s Training Certification Program (TCP). The TCP is designed to allow your staff to become more proficient on the Corporate One products and services most relevant to their daily job duties through our on-demand training program. With nearly 30 training sessions available, in categories such as ACE, ACH, Risk and others, this complimentary program is designed so that credit union employees can learn at their own pace.

To help keep track of employees’ progress, the TCP guestbook captures all of the participant’s information when they complete a training session. Upon completion of a product level certification program, Corporate One sends an email notification to the staff member’s supervisor acknowledging the accomplishment. Corporate One records and maintains every credit union’s participation in the TCP making it readily available to our members so they can keep track of their staff’s participation should they desire to reward them internally.

Finding the time to train is always a challenge; why not consider a “group” training session? You can hold a group training session at your credit union, eliminating the need for travel. Multiple staff members can view a TCP webinar at the same time. Once the webinar is finished, the knowledge review questions would be answered collectively in order to complete the training requirements. When the session is finished, simply notify Hillarie Michaels at hmichaels@corporateone.coop, or me at lsauer@corporateone.coop, in order to record every staff member’s participation.

Don’t forget that the TCP is all online. Through Corporate One’s partnership with Brainshark, a leading online and mobile video presentation software tool, training can be obtained by your staff anytime, anywhere they have online access.
