OneWire on track for a December 5th launch
In the June Solutions newsletter, Corporate One announced it was transitioning to a new wire processing platform in the 4th quarter, called OneWire, for both domestic and international wires. OneWire will provide for greater efficiencies and streamlined processing for all of our member credit unions’ wire transfer needs. OneWire, powered by BankServ’s Global Funds Exchange (GFX) platform, is an Internet-based system and will provide many benefits to our wire users.
During the month of October, Corporate One will be making available the new OneWire user manual and online training webinar. This will allow time for all credit union staff to become familiar with OneWire so they can confidently and competently access and utilize the wire platform prior to its release in December.
“We are excited and eager to convert our wire platform to OneWire for the convenience and time-saving advantages our member credit unions will experience and enjoy. The new system will eliminate the need for callbacks and provide faster processing for incoming, outgoing, domestic and international wires, as well as offer many other benefits,” stated Melissa Ashley, Corporate One's VP, CFO.
If your credit union has not returned the user documentation mailed in July, which includes the verification of all current authorized users with wire limit information, please return it as soon as possible. Corporate One is committed to ensuring a seamless conversion and wants each and every user to be able to initiate wires the first day we convert.
