Training Certification Program: Newly added webinar focuses on share drafts

One of the member benefits Corporate One has focused on making more robust over the last 18 months has been the free, on-demand webinars in our Training Certification Program. These webinars are great for new employees, credit unions new to Corporate One or those staff members looking for a refresher. We currently have more than 20 webinars in the program focusing on a variety of solutions, including:

• Risk

In fact, we’ve recently added a new share draft webinar entitled “Corporate One Share Draft Processing” to our “CU Fundamentals” section. This webinar provides an overview how processing works and how members go about doing basic things, such as stopping payments, processing returns and closing accounts. This is a great webinar for members new to Corporate One or for those new employees at your credit union. It is a follow-up to our “Parts of a Share Draft” training.
