Usage of new domestic wire PINs begins on Monday, Nov. 1
PIN acknowledgement forms must be returned before new PINs can be activated
Reminder for all domestic wire users: don’t forget to use your new PIN beginning Monday, Nov. 1. Corporate One issued its annual domestic wire PIN mailing to CEOs at respective member credit unions using domestic wires in early September. This mailing included individually sealed envelopes for each authorized wire user at the credit union. Each envelope included the user’s new PIN for the next year and a PIN acknowledgement form. Users will want to sign and return the PIN acknowledgement form for their PIN to be activated (on November 1). Forms were due to Corporate One by October 29.
If we haven’t receive a returned PIN acknowledgement form by October 29, your PIN may be blocked as we are unable verify your receipt of it. To complete the annual re-activation of your PIN for wire transfer services, please complete and return the acknowledgement form by October 29, 2010.
For security purposes, users are advised not to share their PIN with other colleagues.
If you are authorized to conduct wires and have not yet received your PIN information for next year, please contact your CEO/Manager or Corporate One Member Services at 866/MyCorp1.
