Corporate One make-over engages, informs and highlights strength of offerings

Corporate One has been abuzz this last month with the launch of a refreshed new image: Infinite Solution Possibilities. This project was challenging, yet exciting, lasting nearly one year, and starting with a single, important question, “Is Corporate One effectively communicating our value to credit unions?”

What we found was that we had a solid, trusted message, but it didn’t tell the complete story of how Corporate One’s offerings work together to create specific, tailored and successful solutions for credit unions. Thanks to our members, we’ve grown over the years from a provider of a few stand-alone offerings, into a full-service corporate with many integrated and comprehensive solutions. We needed to get rid of the silos and make the subtle, yet important shift to seeing, thinking and referencing ourselves and what we do in broader, more global, terms. The time had come for a make-over.

For us at Corporate One, no other concept more accurately captured who we are and what we do better than “Infinite Solution Possibilities,” which organizes our products and services into “families” of solutions. These solution families effectively demonstrate how our offerings can be strategically combined to achieve the respective goals of credit unions. It was essential that we found a way to highlight how many of our offerings can be applied toward more than one financial/member service solution for credit unions. And “Infinite Solution Possibilities” does it very well. We identified seven main solution families, as listed below.

You’ll notice the graphics are color-coordinated, with each color tying back to a specific solution and its related products or services. In addition to the colors, the visual hallmark is the infinity symbol, which further drives home our message of Corporate One being a provider of infinite solution possibilities — in other words, a credit union's one-stop shop.

While not intentional, the use of the term “family” has come to be one of the most appreciated aspects of Corporate One’s new image. While family commonly refers to relatives, spouses, children, etc., it also can be applied to people with shared convictions and affiliations, which can certainly be said of those of us in the credit union movement. And importantly, it reflects how Corporate One thinks of our members and our industry.

We welcome you to check out our new Web site. With a more interactive design, it’s informative as well as engaging. And, perhaps seeing how we’ve re-organized our offerings will remind you of all that Corporate One can do to help your credit union better serve your own members.
