Lee Butke joined Corporate One as president/CEO in 1998. He began his 25-year credit union career at Wright Patt Credit Union as a management trainee, progressing to a vice president position. Butke then served for over a decade as the CEO of Day Air and Telhio credit unions before arriving at Corporate One. He presently serves on the board of the Ohio Credit Union Foundation, the board of Primary Financial Company LLC, and the executive committee of the Association of Corporate Credit Unions. Butke has also served on the board of the Central Regional Automated Funds Transfer System, the executive committee of the MAC Advisory Group, and various other industry boards and committees. He is a recipient of the CUES Golden Mirror award for Service and was voted “CEO of the Year” by the readers of Credit Union Times in 1995. Butke holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University with a major in finance and a master’s degree in business administration from Wright State University. |
| Tammy Cantrell Senior Vice President, Asset/Liability Management | |

Cantrell was named SVP, asset/liability management in 2002. She also serves as a member of Corporate One’s asset/liability committee. Cantrell is responsible for optimizing returns in the four investment portfolios, executing investment trades with broker/dealers, recommending investment policy and strategy changes to the Board of Directors, and monitoring market and credit conditions for timely purchase and sale recommendations. Cantrell formerly served Corporate One as vice president, asset/liability management and investments for more than four years. Prior to her positions with Corporate One, Cantrell spent 13 years with the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio, where she managed the system’s short-term portfolio and analyzed fixed-income and equity securities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Franklin University and has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst certification. |
| Robert Coyan Senior Vice President, Marketing and Operations | |

Coyan joined Corporate One in 2005. Coyan oversees all organizational efforts related to the development and delivery of correspondent services and manages the functions of public relations, business development, member communications and member service. He also is responsible for envisioning future innovations in products and services by directing research and analysis of future market trends. Coyan has over 20 years' experience in management, operations, and sales, in both the financial and technical industries. Before serving Corporate One, he was director of business development with Alogent Corporation. Prior to his time with Alogent, Coyan was an independent consultant and worked for IBM in sales and business development. He also was formerly with KeyCorp and held various client services and operations management positions. |
| Joseph Ghammashi, CRP Vice President and Chief Risk Officer | |

Ghammashi joined Corporate One in 2005. He has over 25 years of financial services experience, both in a risk taking capacity and in a risk management and mitigation role. Ghammashi’s experience encompasses investment, balance sheet management, strategic planning, as well as, interest rate, market, credit, operational and technology risk. Ghammashi has a track record of developing, implementing and maintaining risk management processes at several financial institutions. As Chief Risk Officer, Ghammashi is responsible for the development and implementation of an enterprise wide risk management function. |
| Melissa Ashley Vice President and Chief Financial Officer | |

Ashley was named vice president and chief financial officer in 2005 and joined Corporate One in 1999. She is responsible for the finance and accounting functions, including treasury operations and financial analysis and planning. She also oversees the lending department and is a member of Corporate One’s credit committee. Additionally, Ashley serves on the company’s asset/liability committee, which maintains oversight of the company’s balance sheet and proposes policies concerning the structure of assets and liabilities, coordination of risk, capital funding and liquidity matters. Ashley began her career with Corporate One as assistant vice president and controller, and was named vice president in 2003. Prior to joining Corporate One, she spent seven years at KPMG LLP, where she attained the position of audit manager. |
| Cheri Couture Vice President, Human Resources and Administration | |

Couture oversees Corporate One’s human resources, administration and facilities support functions. Previously, she was responsible for staffing and employee relations, training and development, and salary and benefits administration for Corporate One. Prior to her service to Corporate One, Couture was development coordinator for U.S. Central Credit Union. During her twenty years in the financial services industry, she has designed and delivered more than 900 training sessions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business education from Kansas State University and is a certified professional trainer in sales, leadership, and communications. She also serves as a Credit Union Development Educator and has taught courses for the American Institute of Banking. |
| Kurt Lykins Vice President and Chief Technology Officer | |

Lykins joined Corporate One in 1993 and was promoted to management in 1997. Kurt has designed, programmed and supported various types of servers and network systems. In his current role, he manages and directs Corporate One’s information technology department and provides corporate technical management for all systems projects. With more than 15 years of computer network and programming experience, his expertise has made him a sought-after speaker at many credit union forums. He is a graduate of Ohio University and holds degrees in MIS, accounting and business pre-law. |
