Value proposition

Since the passing of the Check 21 law in 2004, one of the leading industry solutions has been remote deposit capture (RDC), which captures digital images of items so they can be electronically processed for forward cash collection. Corporate One uses TranzCapture LLC, a credit union service organization, as the platform for all its item processing services. TranzCapture’s remote deposit capture and deposit item processing streamlines work through its web-based platform that offers consolidated administration and processing for all deposit channels (branch, business, mobile and ATM/intelligent teller machines).

Users access TranzCapture through Members Only, Corporate One’s online member portal, and conduct all deposit item work, including verifying items, viewing archives and running reports from one consolidated platform. Members can count on robust reporting, real-time duplicate item and batch detection and same-day access to images in a seven-year archive.

Mobile Capture

Integrate your existing mobile banking app to push your members’ mobile check deposits directly into TranzCapture for end-to-end convenience with Mobile Capture. Mobile Capture is available to all credit unions utilizing TranzCapture for deposit services via API integration with your credit union’s mobile banking vendor.

How does it work?

Mobile Capture incorporates enhanced, flexible risk mitigation features and enables credit unions to set parameters during implementation for a range of variables and update them at any time. Credit unions may set up groups for common review criteria, such as batch count, batch amount, daily count, daily amount, single amount and scan limit.

ATM/ITM/Intelligent Kiosk Capture

TranzCapture enables members to make deposits at image-enabled automated teller machines, interactive teller machine video terminals, and intelligent kiosks. This technology minimizes branch traffic and offers added member convenience. With TranzCapture ATM/ITM/Intelligent Kiosk Capture services, credit unions can automate deposits, thereby reducing manual processes and improving accuracy.

How does it work?

ITM Capture incorporates enhanced risk mitigation features and image files transmit for processing in real-time. Credit unions can set and change a number of risk thresholds to manage review of ITM deposit items.
