Dear members:

Last month we emphasized that you would have plenty of opportunities to make sure you can get the greatest value out of your membership in Corporate One in the New Year. This month I am pleased to announce that we have hit the ground running with many plans to help you make 2015 an outstanding year. We are coming to a town near you!

Having opportunities to build rapport with you is one of our top priorities, and we have an ambitious member engagement calendar this year. Events include complimentary webinars to prepare you for the upcoming transitions to EMV and Same Day ACH, BSA/AML compliance trainings, investment boot camps and seminars, chapter meetings, and much more!

We will also be ramping up our presence at conferences and Chapter Nights. We want to treat you to great food, award fun prizes, and hear what you have to say on current topics. We will be reaching out to you, but if you don’t hear from us or have an event you would like us to attend or offer in the future, please contact your member relationship executive or our VP of Marketing, Paul Hixon, at 614-825-9313 or

An example of one of the many ways we plan to engage our members this year is through ongoing investments education. Peak investing season is right around the corner, and we want to help you invest your excess liquidity wisely. We are offering several educational opportunities to engage members in preparing and planning their 2015 investment strategies. We will also explore the impact that risk-based capital will have in your investing decisions. Our chief investment officer, along with our investment representatives, will be hosting a handful of in-person events in the coming months (see box to the right), including investment boot camps and a brand new, on-demand webinar library.

Investment education is just one of the many ways we plan to help you succeed throughout this year. Our numerous complimentary trainings and educational opportunities address how you can get prepared for major upcoming transitions in the financial industry. Our expert staff have crafted this information to help you ensure that your credit union is always in a position to succeed and retain your competitive edge.

We hope you will take advantage of our upcoming offerings, which have been designed to increase your knowledge and remind you that we are here to help you in any way we can.
