New and improved Member Services support requests

Beginning on December 11, we have enhanced our members’ support request system. When you email us an issue (at memexp@corporateone.coop, allianceonesupport@allianceone.coop and users@corporateone.coop) and/or fill out and submit a support form online, you will now receive automated emails regarding the status of your request. Similarly, some escalated calls into 866/MyCorp1 may also result in email follow-up. For questions, please feel free to contact Member Services at 866/MyCorp1.
