2017 Membership Survey coming soon

In November, Corporate One will kick-off our annual Membership Survey. Over the last three years since we began the annual survey, we’ve received some helpful and insightful feedback that we’ve used to further fuel our efforts to be the best corporate partner we can be. Your feedback is a key component in Corporate One’s commitment to providing quality service, products, and value to our member owners.

The email invitation to complete the survey will come from Corporate One and will say “Member Loyalty Group,” our Net Promoter Score® partner. Look for this survey to arrive in your inbox soon from feedback@memberloyaltygroup.com, and please take a few minutes to fill it out.

To ensure you receive the survey, add feedback@memberloyaltygroup.com to your safe-sender list:

  • Locate your Contacts or Address Book within your email client.
  • Add feedback@memberloyaltygroup.com as a new contact, or simply add "@memberloyaltygroup.com” if your email client accepts a domain.
  • Save as a new contact.

We encourage you to take this opportunity to tell us what we are doing well, where we can improve and how we can make our partnership with your organization more rewarding than it is today. The Membership Survey will take approximately three minutes to complete, and the feedback will be analyzed to further improve your corporate, including the solutions we provide and the level of service we offer.
