2018 Membership Survey

Corporate One has kicked-off our annual Membership Survey, which was sent to member CEOs. Your feedback is a key component in Corporate One’s commitment to providing quality service, products, and value to our member owners, and we thank you for taking the time over the years to complete this survey. Over the last four years since we began the annual survey, we’ve received some helpful and insightful feedback that we’ve used to further fuel our efforts to be the best corporate partner we can be. For example, our NPS has risen from 52.6 in 2014 to 69.8 in 2018, which is a direct result of applying your feedback and continued effort on our part to improve our service to you.

About the survey

The email invitation to complete the survey will come from Corporate One and will say “Member Loyalty Group,” our Net Promoter Score® partner. Look for this survey to arrive in your inbox soon from feedback@memberloyaltygroup.com, and please take a few minutes to fill it out.

To ensure you receive the survey, add feedback@memberloyaltygroup.com to your safe-sender list:

  • Locate your Contacts or Address Book within your email client.
  • Add feedback@memberloyaltygroup.com as a new contact, or simply add "@memberloyaltygroup.com” if your email client accepts a domain.
  • Save as a new contact.
