Disaster recovery/business continuity exercises coming in December

Corporate One will be conducting a full disaster recovery (DR) test of our data center on Friday, December 7, and Saturday, December 8, 2018. We conduct this annual test to ensure our systems are fully operational during a disaster/emergency.

Corporate One and its members will work in our DR environment on December 7 and 8. We will return to our production environment on December 8 by 3:00 p.m. ET. Operations are expected to function normally in our DR environment, but there will be intermittent or delayed access to Members Only and/or the applications within it during weekend testing and transition back to the production environment, including but not limited to:

  • Home Banking Imaging (including your members’ ability to view images)
  • OneWire (including any system maintenance)
  • ACH Services (including maintenance of profiles)
  • Branch Capture Services (including research and viewing of images)
  • Member$MART (including your ability to view balances, etc.)


In preparation for December’s DR exercise, we will be testing the DR system on two weekends leading up to the full exercise — Saturday, October 20, and Saturday, October 27. On both days, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET, there will be intermittent outages to the services Corporate One provides to you, and, by extension, the services you provide to your members, namely the ability for your members to view their check images in their respective online banking accounts.


DR exercise

On Friday, December 7, at 4:00 a.m. ET, we will shift to our DR environment for that business day’s operations. We will move back to our primary production environment on Saturday, December 8, by 3:00 p.m. ET and resume normal operations at that time. The aforementioned systems are expected to be intermittent from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. ET on Saturday, December 8, as we shift back to our production environment.
