This policy is only for the public website and not for the information collected when a member will log in through the member portal.

What Information Do We Collect? Why?

The information gathered through use of the public website is anonymous unless Corporate One has either 1) a salesforce contact record that Corporate One can match the site visitor to, or 2) if the visitor has previously completed a form in Pardot and voluntarily given us their information.

Corporate One’s website uses Google Analytics, Pardot cookies, and Microsoft Clarity to gather information about website usage, remember visitor preferences (like form field values) and improve performance and usability for our visitors. Corporate One has also implemented the Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Display Advertising Feature to gain a better understanding of our website visitors. This information is kept strictly confidential and used only to better the experience visitors have with Corporate One’s website. Corporate One uses email to communicate with our members and subscribers about important news, events, member-owner updates and other details regarding our products and services. Following the guidelines set forth in the CAN-SPAM act of 2003, we do not send commercial emails without opt-in consent. We do, however, send transactional emails pertaining to our products and services to the contacts we have on file.
