Melissa Ashley
President/CEO
A visionary and steadfast leader, Melissa is a strategic driver of growth in her role as President and CEO at Corporate One. Melissa joined Corporate One in 1999. During her time with the organization, she has served in various roles, including controller, vice president of finance, and executive vice president/chief financial officer.
Melissa serves on the board of directors of two of Corporate One’s wholly owned credit union service organizations (CUSOs), Lucro Commercial Solutions and Sherpa Technologies. She also serves as a member on two of The Clearing House's committees: the RTP Advisory Committee and the RTP Business Committee. Melissa is also a board member for eDOC Innovations, an ecommerce software development company focused on providing mobile enterprise digital transaction management solutions for credit unions and other financial institutions. In 2019, Melissa joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC), which provides information and insight to the Cleveland Fed from the perspective of community depository institutions.
Prior to her role at Corporate One, Melissa worked at a Big Four accounting firm. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University. She has also achieved the Certified Chief Executive designation from the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES) and is a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio. In her free time, Melissa likes to help out on her family’s sweet corn and produce farm. She enjoys being outside and working the land, teaching her kids the value of a hard day’s work, and gathering with extended family over delicious meals at harvest time.
Denise Brown
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Denise is a dedicated financial professional, skilled in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and banking. At Corporate One, Denise is responsible for the departments of finance, funds management, human resources, portfolio project management and facilities. Denise joined Corporate One in 2005 and has been involved in guiding all financial aspects of the organization and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Corporate One, Denise worked extensively in financial management and reporting, accounting department operations, budgeting/forecasting, tax preparation, cost accounting, and cash management for public companies.
Denise received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The Ohio State University and is a certified public accountant. In her off time, she likes to garden and accompany her therapy dog, Gabe, on his visits to the library to listen to young readers.
Tammy Cantrell
EVP, Chief Product Strategist
A passionate business strategist, Tammy started her career at Corporate One in 1994, overseeing the investment department, and she currently manages the balance sheet and operations teams to execute strategic initiatives. She also serves on several boards, including Lucro Commercial Solutions (as chairperson), the Ohio CU Foundation (as secretary/treasurer), Primary Financial (as secretary), and EPCOR.
Prior to her positions with Corporate One, she spent 13 years with the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio where she managed the system’s short-term portfolio and analyzed fixed-income and equity securities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Franklin University. Tammy grew up as an Army brat and lived in several states, as well as Germany. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her two beautiful granddaughters. When she’s not with them, she loves to read and garden.
Michael Gampp
EVP, Chief Risk Officer
An executive professional adept in all facets of risk management, Mike is a skilled collaborator and a respected leader. As Chief Risk Officer, Mike is responsible for Corporate One’s risk management program, which includes credit risk, business continuity and disaster recovery, vendor management, information security and interest rate risk.
Prior to his role at Corporate One, Mike worked for Corporate One’s CUSO Accolade Asset/Liability Advisory Services as an Investment Advisor Representative. In 2017, Mike was promoted to vice president of Accolade’s Advisory Services. Mike has also formerly served as the president and CEO of American Savings Bank.
Mike has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Morehead State University. Mike holds CPA, CRISC and RIMS-CRMP professional certifications. Mike is a lover of all things outdoors and enjoys spending time running, hiking and cycling with friends and family.
Christine Mayes
EVP, Chief Member Engagement Officer
A focused and strategic leader, Christine is responsible for business development growth and overseeing the Marketing and Communications, Member Success, and Member Experience teams.
Christine joined Corporate One in 2020 and quickly developed a passion for credit unions and forging deeper relationships with the member institutions Corporate One serves. Dedicated to credit union success and to helping members achieve their respective business goals, she ensures the Member Success team strategically aligns with and supports members so that they receive the utmost value out of their membership in Corporate One. She is committed to helping credit unions remain competitive and innovative by adopting digital and real-time payments.
Before joining Corporate One, Christine served in sales and sales management for Brink’s, Inc., supporting financial institutions of all sizes. Christine lives in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys golfing and all water and outdoor activities in her free time.
Prashanta Pradhan
EVP, Chief Information Officer
As an accomplished leader, Prashanta has been dedicated to creating robust technological solutions for more than 24 years. As CIO, Prashanta is responsible for the corporate’s long-term technology strategy. Prashanta plans and administers every facet of Corporate One’s information technology program and infrastructure.
Prashanta joined Corporate One in 2012 as part of the merger with Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union, where he had worked since 2007. He previously worked for West Corporation, holding progressively advanced roles. He holds several certifications for both technical and leadership capabilities and has four patents in natural language speech recognition. He served on the Credit Union Financial eXchange (CUFX) Architect Committee from 2014 to 2019. He achieved the prestigious Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation through the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) in 2022.
Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Prashanta moved to the United States in 1993 and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening and working on home improvement projects.

Jeff Duesler
AVP, Investment Consultant Executive
Jeff has built trusted investment relationships with member credit unions and is responsible for providing strategic investment counseling to help them achieve their respective portfolio goals.
Prior to his role at Corporate One, Jeff held various positions within the broker dealer arm of a major commercial bank, most recently trading corporate bonds. Jeff has a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, a master's degree in Financial Economics from Ohio University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program participant and has completed level 2. He holds several FINRA licenses, including General Securities Representative (Series 7), Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63), Equity Trader Limited Representative (Series 55), and Securities Principal Representative (Series 24). Rick Fritz
VP, Investment Sales Manager
As the investment sales manager at Corporate One, Rick draws upon his extensive sales background of over two decades to oversee the investments team and drive the implementation of sales strategies.
Most recently, he served as an annuity and investment specialist at a privately owned wealth management firm, where he excelled in promoting and selling annuity and investment platforms. Before this, Rick was an independent financial advisor and held diverse sales positions at well-known organizations such as Prudential Financial, MetLife, and American Skandia.
In addition to his wealth of experience, Rick holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Rio Grande, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and multiple FINRA licenses, including the General Securities Representative (Series 7), General Securities Principal (Series 24), Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63), and Uniform Combined State Law (Series 66).
Residing in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Rick is a proud father of two adult daughters. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys traveling, experiencing new restaurants, and immersing himself in the outdoors.
John Grundy
Investment Analyst
John is an investment analyst responsible for assisting in the marketing of security and deposit offerings and backing up the senior investment services representatives.
Prior to his role at Corporate One, John worked with various organizations to develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth investors. John is a graduate of West Liberty State College, holding a bachelor’s degree in Communications, and has completed classes through Keller Graduate School of Management and the College for Financial Planning. He is registered with FINRA and currently maintains a General Securities Representative (Series 7), and General Securities Sales Supervisor and Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63) licenses. Jeremy Hall
AVP, Investment Consultant Executive
As a Registered Representative for Multi-Bank Securities, Jeremy Hall works as part of the Corporate One Investment Services team as a senior investment services representative, providing members with superior service and a broad range of investment products that best serve their individual portfolio objectives.
Jeremy began his career with Bank of America and then moved on to similar roles at JPMorgan Chase and Great American Financial Resources Inc. before joining Corporate One. His experience includes working with advisors from banks, wire house firms, and independent broker dealers. Jeremy holds several FINRA licenses, including General Securities Representative (Series 7), Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63), and Uniform Registered Investment Advisor (Series 65). John Hostetler
Investment Services Representative
Focused on helping member credit unions reach their portfolio goals, John works diligently as an investment services representative. Prior to his position at Corporate One, John served for three years as a member service representative at First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union. John has a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Legal Studies and a master's degree in Business Administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio. Bob Post
Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer
An experienced financial expert, Bob is responsible for managing the investment, lending and funding portfolios and all on- and off-balance sheet activities. Having worked with Corporate One for more than 20 years, he is a member of Corporate One’s asset/liability committee.
Before joining Corporate One, Bob was Vice President of Banc One Capital Markets and served as Vice President of First USA Capital Markets for more than 10 years. Bob began his career in financial accounting at Mercantile National Bank in Dallas and held various positions there before joining First USA Capital Markets in 1988. Bob has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and currently holds FINRA licenses that include General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63). Shannon VandenBosch
Senior Investment Services Representative
As a dedicated financial expert, Shannon is responsible for providing investment products and solutions to key investment decision makers at member credit unions. She provides a variety of investment offerings to help each member implement their investment strategy and achieve their respective investment portfolio goals.
Shannon began her career with Northern Trust Bank in Chicago, Illinois, before moving to UBS’s Global Asset Management Group as an institutional account manager, managing institutional fixed income, equity, and balanced account relationships. Shannon graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and holds FINRA licenses, including General Securities Representative (Series 7), and the Uniform Combined State Law Representative (Series 66). Nick Behler
AVP, Member Success Executive
A true advocate for the credit union community, Nick prides himself on serving as a business partner to member credit unions by identifying solutions that advance their strategic initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience, Nick’s career has demonstrated a proven track record of implementing effective go-to-market strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating business partnerships. In addition to his previous roles in sales and customer service, Nick also served as a national account executive for prominent financial institutions. Nick's comprehensive industry knowledge and dedication to his work make him an asset to our member credit unions. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys coaching his children's soccer teams, playing golf, and passionately supporting the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals.
Landon Gaines
VP, Key Accounts Strategist
A seasoned business development executive, Landon provides expert consultation to member credit unions, offering tailored services that meet their business needs. He brings more than two decades of industry experience in strategy development, relationship-building, and leadership to his role at Corporate One. Previously, he served as the senior vice president of operations at Florida State University Credit Union. With oversight responsibilities spanning multiple departments, including lending, marketing, compliance, and risk management, Landon showcased his analytical mindset and ability to drive credit union success. Before his tenure at Florida State University Credit Union, Landon was the vice president of global commercial banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. With expertise in small business and consumer banking, Landon's extensive financial knowledge, strategic acumen, and diverse background position him as a valuable resource to credit unions. He lives in Tallahassee, Florida, with his wife, three children, and three dogs. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
Barb Kren
VP, Member Success Executive
With over two decades of leadership experience, Barb leads a dedicated sales and business development team with a focus on fostering credit union member satisfaction and contributing to growth through meaningful interactions and collaborative strategies. In her previous role with Vericast (formerly Harland Clarke), Barb successfully orchestrated transformative change within the solutions and payments division, driving significant growth across a spectrum of financial institutions. With a management degree from Ohio State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, Barb takes pride in her ability to build inclusive, high-performance teams through mentorship, coaching, and data-driven strategies. Beyond the professional realm, Barb finds tremendous joy and balance in her personal life. In addition to spending time with her husband, Jim, and their dog and cat, she embraces an active role as a community volunteer. These personal connections and community engagements are integral to her holistic approach to life, enriching both her professional and personal endeavors.
Jennifer Leu
AVP, Member Success Executive
A dedicated and authentic leader, Jennifer is passionate about the credit union industry, especially its people, lending, and digital transformation. Jennifer joined Corporate One in 2021, and she manages memberships of all sizes across the Midwest. She is focused on helping her credit unions grow, knowing their strategic initiatives, operations, and wish-list items to ensure Corporate One is supporting them in the best way possible.
Prior to joining Corporate One, Jennifer has been working in the financial industry since 2007, serving financial institutions and credit unions in various leadership roles with her most recent role as a chief executive officer. Jennifer is looking to take Corporate One into the future with a focus on building strong professional relationships with credit unions and educating our membership so that they may better serve their own members. Jennifer lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and traveling, (especially to Universal Studios Orlando).
Donna Williams
AVP, Member Success Consultant
Passionate about helping credit unions succeed, Donna is focused on providing excellent support and service to Corporate One’s smaller-asset-sized credit unions. She is committed to helping members achieve their goals by effectively taking advantage of our solution offerings and realizing the opportunities that come with a digital future.
Donna joined Corporate One in 1989, starting in the operations department where she encoded checks, pulled checks by hand, answered phones, manually entered returns, and ran the sorters. Since that time, Donna’s leadership and dedication to credit unions has led her to other roles within the organization, including manager, products; manager, member experience; manager, member services & member solutions; problem resolution & member solutions team leader; share draft supervisor, and share draft coordinator.
Donna lives in Mt. Sterling, Ohio, with her husband and dogs. Her most precious joy in life is spending time with family, which consists of her two boys, her daughters in-law, her soon-to-be four grandbabies, and her large extended family. In her spare time, she loves crafting and landscaping on her five-acre yard.
