Restore and strengthen email deliverability from Corporate One.

Whether you're credit union staff or an IT professional, you can help us restore deliverability to your inbox by taking the following steps.

For Credit Union Staff

  1. Add us to your address book. Locate a previous email you received from Corporate One MemberMail ([email protected]), and then add us to your address book. This will help ensure you receive future emails from us. If you can't find a previous email from Corporate One Member Mail, manually add [email protected] to your address book.

  2. Double check all your spam filters or folders. You may have multiple spam filters, so please remember to check them all. If you do find our emails in your spam folders, you can usually take action to approve us as a sender.

  3. Fill out the form below. Please fill out the form below with your preferred business e-mail address to let us know.

For IT Professionals

Incorporate a check for spoofed domains if/when you create whitelists or safe-sender lists for inbound emails. Corporate One has recently implemented additional layers of email authentication that comply with the Domain Message Authentication Reporting & Conformance (DMARC) protocol. This protocol helps verify that emails from our domains (corporateone.coop and corpone.org) are legitimate. Please do not simply whitelist our domains as doing so can override any DMARC authentication and allow spoofed emails to be delivered. To make sure that Corporate One’s domains are not being blocked by your spam filters and that you are not allowing spoofed phishing emails to be delivered directly into employees’ inboxes, you should add those email addresses or domains that you want to allow through your mail flow rules. When you specify the domains, you will want to include an “AND” statement that will also verify the DMARC value. This is done by including something like “and ‘Authentication-Results’ header matches the following patterns: ‘dmarc=bestguestpass’ or ‘dmarc=pass’.
