Lines of Credit and Loans

We provide a full range of flexible funding options for credit unions of any size to help meet liquidity demands. Our staff can tailor solutions to best align with your asset/liability needs. Our offerings include advised and committed lines of credit, as well as a variety of term loans.

Warehouse Credit Line

Warehouse lines of credit are generally best suited for credit union service organizations (CUSOs) that fund mortgage loans or other loan types that are held by a third-party custodian for a short time before the loans are sold into the secondary market.

Non-Member Deposit Issuance

We offer two non-member deposit issuance solutions to help you reach the broadest set of investors. SimpliCD issuance provides a fast, easy way to raise liquidity through a nationwide network of credit union investors. Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. (MBS) offers issuance of DTC-eligible share certificates to a unique account base of credit unions and public funds entities, delivering an established and diverse pool of liquidity to fund non-member deposits.

Emergency Liquidity

Emergency liquidity, also known as a federal contingent liquidity source, is required for select credit unions under NCUA Regulation 741.12. We provide access to the Central Liquidity Facility (CLF) and the Federal Reserve Bank Discount Window, and can serve as your Discount Window correspondent. As your CLF correspondent, we support the full lifecycle, including membership, loan servicing, and obtaining loan advances.

Multi-Seller Prime Auto Securitization Program

Our Multi-Seller Prime Auto Securitization program allows more credit unions to take advantage of securitization while helping reduce fixed costs.
