Rick Fritz

VP, Investment Sales Manager

As the investment sales manager at Corporate One, Rick draws upon his extensive sales background of over two decades to oversee the investments team and drive the implementation of sales strategies.

Most recently, he served as an annuity and investment specialist at a privately owned wealth management firm, where he excelled in promoting and selling annuity and investment platforms. Before this, Rick was an independent financial advisor and held diverse sales positions at well-known organizations such as Prudential Financial, MetLife, and American Skandia.

In addition to his wealth of experience, Rick holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Rio Grande, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and multiple FINRA licenses, including the General Securities Representative (Series 7), General Securities Principal (Series 24), Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63), and Uniform Combined State Law (Series 66).

Residing in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Rick is a proud father of two adult daughters. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys traveling, experiencing new restaurants, and immersing himself in the outdoors.

Nick Behler

A true advocate for the credit union community, Nick prides himself on serving as a business partner to member credit unions by identifying solutions that advance their strategic initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience, Nick’s career has demonstrated a proven track record of implementing effective go-to-market strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating business partnerships. In addition to his previous roles in sales and customer service, Nick also served as a national account executive for prominent financial institutions. Nick's comprehensive industry knowledge and dedication to his work make him an asset to our member credit unions. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys coaching his children's soccer teams, playing golf, and passionately supporting the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals.  

Jennifer Leu

AVP, Member Success Executive

A dedicated and authentic leader, Jennifer is passionate about the credit union industry, especially its people, lending, and digital transformation. Jennifer joined Corporate One in 2021, and she manages memberships of all sizes across the Midwest. She is focused on helping her credit unions grow, knowing their strategic initiatives, operations, and wish-list items to ensure Corporate One is supporting them in the best way possible.

Prior to joining Corporate One, Jennifer has been working in the financial industry since 2007, serving financial institutions and credit unions in various leadership roles with her most recent role as a chief executive officer. Jennifer is looking to take Corporate One into the future with a focus on building strong professional relationships with credit unions and educating our membership so that they may better serve their own members. Jennifer lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and traveling, (especially to Universal Studios Orlando).
