Rick Fritz
VP, Investment Sales Manager
As the investment sales manager at Corporate One, Rick draws upon his extensive sales background of over two decades to oversee the investments team and drive the implementation of sales strategies.
Most recently, he served as an annuity and investment specialist at a privately owned wealth management firm, where he excelled in promoting and selling annuity and investment platforms. Before this, Rick was an independent financial advisor and held diverse sales positions at well-known organizations such as Prudential Financial, MetLife, and American Skandia.
In addition to his wealth of experience, Rick holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Rio Grande, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and multiple FINRA licenses, including the General Securities Representative (Series 7), General Securities Principal (Series 24), Uniform Securities Agent State Law Representative (Series 63), and Uniform Combined State Law (Series 66).
Residing in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Rick is a proud father of two adult daughters. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys traveling, experiencing new restaurants, and immersing himself in the outdoors.

A true advocate for the credit union community, Nick prides himself on serving as a business partner to member credit unions by identifying solutions that advance their strategic initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience, Nick’s career has demonstrated a proven track record of implementing effective go-to-market strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating business partnerships. In addition to his previous roles in sales and customer service, Nick also served as a national account executive for prominent financial institutions. Nick's comprehensive industry knowledge and dedication to his work make him an asset to our member credit unions. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys coaching his children's soccer teams, playing golf, and passionately supporting the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals.

Jennifer is a dedicated, authentic leader who is passionate about the credit union industry, particularly its people, lending, and digital transformation. As Vice President, Member Success Manager at Corporate One, she partners with credit unions across the Midwest to understand their strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and growth objectives. Jennifer is committed to helping organizations maximize the value of their partnership with Corporate One by connecting them with innovative solutions, industry expertise, and trusted guidance. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 13 years dedicated to credit unions, Jennifer has served financial institutions in a variety of leadership roles, including chief executive officer. Her experience spans leadership, operations, lending, and strategic planning, providing a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing today's credit unions. Jennifer is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships and helping credit unions navigate an evolving financial landscape. She believes collaboration, innovation, and member-focused strategies drive long-term success. Jennifer lives in Indiana and enjoys being outdoors, working out, and exploring new destinations.
