Curious about what it's like to join Corporate One’s dynamic new feedback group, the Peer Council? Your curiosity ends here! Launched in February, the Peer Council’s Research Committee kicked off its inaugural meeting at the end of March with a bang.

In this engaging first workshop, 24 enthusiastic members came together to collaborate on their frustrations and goals related to domestic wires. The aim was clear: enhance the member experience and reduce errors.

After introductions, the committee dove into the essential components of the wires process, discussing the benefits and challenges of each of the following:

  • Creating Wires
  • Templates
  • Approving Wires
  • Receiving Wires
  • Reports
  • Wire Limits
  • Fraud Detection

Numerous insights identified during the workshop were shared with Corporate One’s products and operations teams. We are actively working on incorporating our members’ feedback to provide a better experience with wires.

What Our Members Said

In a post-meeting survey, several members highlighted the positive impact of their participation.

“Being invited to join the committee shows they really want to engage with their members and see what they can do to make our daily tasks better," said Payment Systems Specialist Heather Sterling from Millstream Area Credit Union.

"It's great to have an outlet to work with other member credit unions to provide feedback,” said Senior Accountant Hilary Holt from KEMBA Financial Credit Union.

Accounting Specialist Annette Wilson from Materion Federal Credit Union declared that the workshop "far exceeded expectations.”
