Three Days. One Team. Shared Success. 

In July, we celebrated our fourth annual Connection Days at Corporate One’s headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. This annual in-person staff event brings everyone together for three days to connect, build relationships, and receive important company updates, all while having some fun.  

This year’s theme, “Winning Together,” served as a reminder that at Corporate One, we compete every day to succeed in the marketplace. We pursue growth, deliver exceptional value to our credit unions, and strive to differentiate ourselves from the competition. While winning externally is essential to our success and future growth, it begins with how effectively we work together internally. 

When we are aligned around a shared purpose, we operate as one team, leveraging our collective strengths to achieve more. Our annual Connection Days provide an opportunity to collaborate more intentionally, learn from one another, and reinforce the behaviors that drive our success. By strengthening our connections and teamwork, we build the foundation for external success. When we win internally, we position ourselves to win externally, and that is how we truly win together.
