We’re thrilled to welcome Jeremiah Kossen, President and CEO of Publix Employees Federal Credit Union (PEFCU) in Lakeland, Florida, to the Corporate One Supervisory Committee! His appointment was officially confirmed by our board of directors during the reorganization meeting on April 25, and he will serve a three-year term through the 2028 Annual Meeting. 

With a career spanning regulatory agencies and top-tier credit unions, Jeremiah brings a wealth of experience and insight to the table. Since 2022, he has led PEFCU and previously served as CEO and President at Town and Country Credit Union in North Dakota, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Lake Michigan Credit Union in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His leadership journey also includes roles with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the National Credit Union Administration. Notably, he served on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Credit Union Advisory Council from 2020 to 2022.

Jeremiah holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University—bringing both academic rigor and real-world expertise to his new role.  

The Corporate One Supervisory Committee plays a vital role in ensuring that the board of directors and management meet financial reporting objectives and establish practices and procedures sufficient to safeguard members’ assets. With five dedicated members appointed by the board, the committee upholds the highest standards of oversight and accountability.
