Changes are on the horizon that make it necessary for your credit union to work from HTML 5-compliant browsers to conduct your work with Corporate One. First, we have several exciting enhancements coming for our digital platforms, including Member$MART and Members Only, that will offer you a better user experience and to make it easier for you do business with us. Secondly, in December Microsoft will be sunsetting their support for Internet Explorer 11 within the Microsoft 365 applications. As such, we will be sunsetting our support for Internet Explorer 11 for MyCorp1 Manager, as well.

To make sure MyCorp1 Manager and the coming enhancements work as expected when we begin rolling them out in early 2022, we recommend you begin working in HTML 5-compliant browsers (instead of Internet Explorer 11) by the end of the year.

Below are a few options for upgrading your browser to one that is compliant with HTML 5.

  • Microsoft Edge

If you are already working in one of these browsers to access our corporate website, Members Only and the solutions within it, no change is needed. If you continue to conduct your work with Corporate One via Internet Explorer 11 and encounter problems with getting these applications/websites to work, your credit union’s first step should be to try using an HTML 5-compliant browser.
