This year marks a significant milestone: The 10th anniversary of our Annual Membership Survey. For the past decade, your feedback has been instrumental in helping us deliver on our mission as a member-owned financial cooperative, as we continue to push the credit union industry forward with solutions and support that increase revenue, fuel member growth, and streamline operations. 

Ten-year anniversaries are more than symbolic—they’re a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come and remind us what drives us forward: our members. As part of the cooperative nature that shapes us in the first place, listening to our members isn’t just a best practice; it’s a strategic imperative.  

For 10 years, we have asked members to evaluate Corporate One across a range of service attributes related to performance, service, and value. These attributes include “Adds value to my organization,” “Delivers on promises,” and “Listens to members,” among others. We’re currently seeing our strongest performance in these key areas—likely driven by our expanded efforts to introduce new offerings, such as our immediate payments TPSP service and special overnight accounts, as well as our commitment to enhanced staff training and streamlined business processes.

We also recognize the importance of drilling down into all the ratings every year to see where opportunities are presented to improve and/or leverage strengths. Your voice has guided improvements in member service and product offerings, providing us with better insight into how to be an even more valuable strategic corporate partner. 

Because this year’s survey is such an important milestone, here are a few reminders of why member input continues to be crucial to our success and yours: 

  • It’s your corporate credit union partner. As a member-owner, you have a voice in how Corporate One operates. The survey is one of the most direct ways to express your opinion. We aim to provide solutions and support that help you boost revenue, grow your membership, and streamline your operations.
  • We want to know what matters to you. Your needs evolve, and we want to grow with you. Corporate One has a proven track record of creating and offering innovative products and services that provide solutions for the issues you’re facing, and we want to continue that legacy. The survey helps us stay in tune with what’s important to you today.
  • It only takes a few minutes. A small investment of your time helps us make long-term improvements that benefit all members.
  • We’re listening—really. Last year, your feedback helped us achieve our highest-ever NPS (Net Promoter Score): 88. This surpasses the previous all-time high (in 2023) by 5.6. In addition, our Member Experience team continues to perform well, earning an average of 4.81 out of 5 stars in post-call surveys.
